Community Connections Through Film (September - December 2026)
Bringing communities together through storytelling, cinema, and conversation.
Community Connections Through Film is an initiative offering free public film screenings and moderated discussions that foster cultural understanding, empathy, and meaningful community dialogue.
The program highlights independent films exploring identity, equality, human dignity, social justice, and the social determinants of health, including housing, economic inequality, discrimination, healthcare access, and social isolation.
Through cinema and conversation, we aim to challenge stereotypes, encourage diverse perspectives, strengthen community connections, and raise awareness of the social conditions that shape individual and community well-being.
